Who is MC Sweet?
Mary Clare Sweet is a yoga teacher, astrologer, and entrepreneur who founded Lotus House of Yoga in 2010.
She has taught for over 20 years and studied with legendary teachers Dharma Mittra and Maty Ezraty.
Her classes are soulful, athletic, and music-infused—combining ancient yogic philosophy with modern movement and astrology.
